You can make a money transfer to any bank cards of the Republic of Azerbaijan using bank cards issued by any Russian banks, without restrictions.

What is the limit for transfers to bank cards of the Republic of Azerbaijan?
The minimum amount of one money transfer to bank cards of the Republic of Azerbaijan via the KWIKPAY mobile application is equivalent to 10 AZN.
The maximum amount of one money transfer to bank cards of the Republic of Azerbaijan via the KWIKPAY mobile application is equivalent to 600 AZN. You can transfer an amount equivalent to no more than 10,000 US dollars per day. Also, the total amount of money transfers per month cannot exceed the ruble equivalent of 10,000 US dollars.
The total amount of money transfers to one recipient’s bank card should not exceed 20 000 AZN.
The maximum amount of one money transfer to bank cards of the Republic of Azerbaijan via the KWIKPAY mobile application is equivalent to 600 AZN.
